Drytech is a food company based in Tromsø, Norway, specializing in the production of freeze-dried food. Since 1989, we have been crafting delicious, long-lasting meals using our technology. Our primary clients include the Norwegian Armed Forces and the tour and expedition markets across over 20 European countries. As the exclusive provider of field catering for the Norwegian Armed Forces, our vision has always been to offer time and energy to our users. Over the past decade, this vision has expanded into the tour markets in Norway and Europe, marking the beginning of our international journey.
We take pride in our REAL products, produced in Northern Norway, above the Arctic Circle. Drytech remains a high-tech company dedicated to preserving food through advanced freeze-drying methods.
Who we are
Our freeze-drying technology dates back to the early 1990s when our founder, Rolf Hansen, and the Norwegian Armed Forces collaborated on a project to improve military rations.
