Drytech welcomes new Community Manager-position after receiving a record number of applications. The strong interest shows that more people are discovering both our products and the work we do in Tromsø.

The reason for the newly created Community Manager is simple: demand for REAL Turmat is growing fast, especially abroad. To meet this growth, we need to strengthen our team with more skilled people who want to join the journey.

Growing as an international company

Drytech is entering a new chapter as an international company rooted in Northern Norway. We want to get even better at sharing our story of innovation, quality, and the dedication behind every meal we make. It is about highlighting the important work being done here in the north, for our guests, new fans across Europe, and the people of Tromsø who support us.

In this process, it is crucial to build pride, communicate our values, and show what food production in Northern Norway can be when tradition meets technology.

Strong belief in increased digital presence

We believe in the great potential that lies in the meeting between social media and outdoor life. This is where genuine stories, shared moments, and inspiration that matter to people are created. For us, it is about being present where our customers are, where they plan their trips, share their experiences, and show how REAL Turmat is part of their adventures. This is an area we plan to invest even more in going forward.

New position, new face

We received nearly 70 applications for our new Community Manager position, a number that exceeded all expectations. Among many strong candidates, Aleksandra stood out with her skills, energy, and genuine interest in what we do.
