Embracing skilled operators for robotic and machinery efficiency

As part of the ever-evolving food industry, we are transitioning to new methodologies and recognizes that technological advancements require skilled operators to be effective. Engaged in the “Productivity Leap” project, we aim to strengthen the company and its competitiveness, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.

The importance of human interaction in these processes

Human interaction is of utmost importance, especially evident in the role of the selected pilot group: Team Pouch Pack. This team plays a crucial role in the preparation of the product and is actively involved in efforts to minimize waste, reduce material use, and cut energy consumption.

In collaboration with Team Pouch Pack, We’ve adopted the Lean concept, emphasizing continuous improvement, customer focus, efficiency, and employee participation. The goal is to eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity. The competence of our human resources gives us confidence to navigate the future.
