Account and orders
- Orders can be placed with or without an account.
- If you have an account, you can view, cancel, or modify your order from your order overview as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
- Non-account holders can contact our customer service to request changes or cancellations before shipment.
Delivery
- We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
- If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking link first. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number.
- Our product descriptions aim to be accurate and up-to-date.
- All meals are delivered with a long shelf life unless otherwise noted.
- Store meals in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- If you receive a product that doesn’t match its description, is close to or past its best-before date, or doesn’t meet your expectations in taste or quality, please contact us.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in Norway or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This applies under the Angrerettloven and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Once approved:
- You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from when we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food products) where the product’s condition, packaging, or remaining shelf life is compromised
- Products that have been opened or used
Returns
We accept returns for items purchased from www.realoutdoorfood.com if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
- It is unused, undamaged, and has a long remaining shelf life
All returns are free of charge.
If you wish to return an item under the right of withdrawal (voluntary return), refer to the Right of Withdrawal section above. Please note that perishable food items are generally excluded from voluntary returns, unless a specific issue applies (e.g., short expiry, defect).
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food products
- Items returned without a clear issue in quality, damage, or misdelivery
- Products where shelf life or storage conditions have been compromised
Replacements and complaints
We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If any of the following occur, please contact us for a resolution:
- Wrong item received: Send a photo and your order number. We’ll correct the error immediately.
- Missing items: Let us know and we’ll investigate and resolve the issue.
- Product dissatisfaction (taste, quality, etc.): Share your feedback with order details. If warranted, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- Expired or short-dated items: If you received a product that is too close to or past its best-before date, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Billing errors: If you suspect incorrect charges, send us a screenshot or details and we’ll verify and refund if applicable.
Prices and taxes
All prices on www.realoutdoorfood.com are shown in local currency and include VAT and all applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown before checkout.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal and Vipps as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely and typically at the time the order is placed.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.
However, if you reside in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), this does not affect or limit any consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Where such rights provide a higher level of protection, they will prevail in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
In the event of a dispute, you may contact:
- The Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), or
- An equivalent consumer protection body in your country of residence.
Seller’s reservation of rights
Drytech AS reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. We are not responsible for technical errors, stock shortages, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
We reserve the right to deny access to services or products in cases of suspected misuse of our website or services.
