We are developing technology and making smart adjustments to our packaging line in our new factory. The new distribution carton (D-Pak) for the REAL brand enhances both our internal and outgoing logistics, while also significantly lowering our total CO2 emissions.

Streamlining carton usage

By adopting a single, standardized size for our D-Pak, we minimize the shipment of air. The new carton is tailored to fit European pallets, maximizing the number of bags we can pack per pallet. Moving forward, we will be able to store and transport two pallets per pallet space, which is far more efficient than previous methods. Preliminary estimates suggest this will lead to a reduction in our total transportation needs by approximately 20%.
